Aroma D'Liz was born from a love of fragrance, natural materials, creativity, and meaningful connection.
Every product begins with intention. From selecting a memorable scent to testing the wick, wax, vessel, and final burn, each detail reflects a commitment to creating something that feels personal, beautiful, and thoughtfully made.
This is not simply a collection of home fragrances. It is the expression of a journey — one shaped by family, resilience, education, mentorship, and a growing passion for the science and art of candle making.

The Roots of the Dream
The spirit of entrepreneurship was part of my upbringing.
My father devoted his life to his family, his community, and the business he built through self-employment. Through him, I learned the value of responsibility, perseverance, and creating something of your own.
My mother brought a different kind of inspiration. She was caring, resourceful, creative, and always ready with words of comfort. She painted, gardened, crocheted, sewed, cooked for those she loved, and found countless ways to make our surroundings feel colorful, welcoming, and beautifully cared for.
Their example planted the earliest seeds of Aroma D'Liz: hard work, creativity, service, family, and the power of making people feel at home.
When Life Changed, A New Path Appeared
2020 — The idea begins to take shape
The years 2019 and 2020 brought profound change.
Like many people, I faced uncertainty, reduced expenses, and spent more time at home. During that season, I returned to a goal that had been delayed for years and completed my master's-level studies in business administration, management, and leadership.
Even while cutting back, I remained drawn to natural products — soy wax candles, essential oils, and materials that offered both beauty and a more thoughtful approach to the environment.
That personal interest slowly became a possibility: what if I could create the fragrances, quality, and experience I had been searching for myself?
That question became the beginning of Aroma D'Liz.
Learning the Science Behind the Flame
Candle making first appeared to be a creative art. It quickly revealed itself to be a discipline grounded in science, chemistry, patience, and precision.
The journey involved extensive research, online study, material selection, fragrance testing, and many nights devoted to wick testing.
A supportive mentor, Mrs. Janice Stoney, helped guide and strengthen that early education. Her encouragement helped transform a new interest into a carefully developed craft.
Through that process, I learned that a beautiful candle is not created by fragrance alone. Wax, wick, fragrance load, vessel, temperature, cure time, and burn performance must work together.
That knowledge continues to shape every Aroma D'Liz product today.
